                              3.1 Working at Total People

                              Learning  management  must  be  based  on  the  fact  that  everyone  in  the
                   community is equally important. In practice, it has been effective for learning management in

                   the community. To be productive and powerful, it is necessary to start by integrating people
                   into  communities  as  community  organizations  with  learning  about  yourself.  Family  and
                   community  relationships,  knowledge  and  skills  such  as  science,  technology,  management,

                   religion, art, culture, sport, Thai wisdom, happy living. The combination of people aims to
                   combine "spiritual power" into one another of the membership. They are interested in and

                   having a common purpose as awareness of the problem and the development of local love,
                   harmony and generosity. Community organizations with different members, both sexes, ages,

                   and  occupations.  The  Community  or  Organization  must  be  very  strong  and  have  a  good
                   management.

                              The process of  learning  in  the  community  are  emphasize  for  both    factor  of
                   learning programme to get a goal. The most important thing is to accumulate people in one
                   group. If the mind is the instrument of inclusion, people will be able to combine the spiritual

                   power of the spiritual leader as well. Then to make sure people have more high quality,
                   power and sustainable. This is the result in the next step of successful.

                              3.2. The idea is intended to mobilize the "power of thought" to enlighten the
                   reader through the process of engaging in brainstorming. To brainstorm Mutual understanding

                   Adjust  the  paradigm  Have  a  common  vision.  Sharing  knowledge  and  experience  Analyze
                   problems and opportunities around Prioritize problems. (Learn what) Determine the way, the

                   way, and the plan to solve the problem. (Learn how. Learn with who? Learn where)
                              3.3. Working together

                              The  purpose  of  the  management  and  working  together  is  intended  include
                   "Management Power" operates of a planning. Using the cooperative principle and take practice

                   from  practice,  real-life  practices,  real-world  activities  and  real-world  scenarios.  The  theory,
                   technology  and  management  system  are  divided  for  the  roles  of  responsibilities  in  the
                   development partners.  It will be a good result in efficient for using resources in an advantage.

                              3.4 Summarize lessons
                              The purpose of  the "power of wisdom" and evaluation working in a group. The

                   connection to get some knowledges and skills with strong  experience.  This is the leader of
                   new development of organization, technology. Then this contribution must be spread over

                   and  put  through various  media  (advertising,  radio  and  television)  to  other  community
                   organizations.
