3.5 Find Opportunity & Involved in action

The purpose for find opportunity and involved in action for "Join & Sharing" by
praising and encouraging people who sacrifice and work for the community and society. To

make them proud and happy working together in each job every single step. The results of this
action may have been in different dimensions in an example, the community membership can

get more sufficient fund and quality life. The economic impact of the two development
scenarios in a Village of Commercial Property in Downtown East.

1).We know ourselves and our society, 2) Know the roots and identity system, 3)
Knowledge of sufficientcy and investment grow 4)Financial report as revenue and expenditure

included the problem solving and 5) Learning from the examples of achievements for other
communities. 6) Analyze data and find new alternatives and 7) Draft master plans and gather

data on public.
Summary:
The Community of Management in Adul Learning is based on a variety of

experiences, needs, problems, by maximizing the knowledge and effectiveness of the target.
The monkhood is the leadership of changing sharing some knowledge, understanding, and

motivation. The following of the political, social, cultural and economic conditions, start with a
simple " suitable speech": in a dialogue. Talking to each other and listening to what will make

the heart of the faith, the perseverance, the calm, moral ethic for the benefit. On the other
hand it is not in advantage for speaking or talking, it is not the beneficial, just ignorance at all

1. Starts with the simple thing as a conversation to collect data of information
from our relative, cousin and friends.

2. Planning to work together to solve the problem of our relative.

3. Join & Share our expectations and also find out the way how to be a
successful.
4. Starts with the Leadership of the village, learning, planning, practicing and

doing when we get the better result then move forward to spread over to the public
5. The monkhood led the data analysis and checking carefully of the

implementation results. Reflected of the results to determine which one is better as the plan
is very useful then it is continued to do so for another is useless just make a cancellation.
