Inmate Accounts Administration
INMATE ACCOUNTS - Inmates who want to
purchase items above their basic needs are able
to have friends or family deposit money into their
Jail bank account that is managed by our Inmate
Account Specialist. The inmates are then able to
purchase items from the Commissary kiosk such
as books, specialty food and headphones as well
as the ability to make phone calls.

• Vocational – Gardening, Food Services
• Recreation – Gym, Games, TV’s

GENERAL ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE:
• Ensuring Inmate funds are tracked accurately.
• Negotiating contracts with businesses for services to the jail.
• Processing bail payments.
• Processing medical payments.
• Tracking and billing for inmate housing.
• New in 2019 - Debit Cards Release - An Inmate’s account with money still remaining in it,
upon their release, will have the money transferred to a debit card, thus saving the cost of
check writing and check cashing fees.
