                   The annuity payments are not subject to any deductions in respect of costs or charges.
You will be issued with a personalised Key Features Illustration, which relates to your residential property and to the size of the annuity required. It will contain personalised information concerning costs and charges.
The remuneration due to Shaw Insurance is derived from the Annuity Contract. There is no extra charge payable by you or any third parties to Shaw Insurance.
Shaw Insurance is entitled under the Annuity Contract to:
1A set-up fee of 5% of the value of the property as at the date of the Annuity Contract;
2 An annual fee of 1% of the value of the property as at the date of the Annuity Contract during your lifetime, which shall be reduced following your death to an annual fee of 0.25% of the value of the property as at the date of the Annuity Contract indexed in line with any increases in the House Price Index (All Properties) of the Nationwide Building Society (or the event that such index shall cease to exist or is subject to any material change any other similar index in the absolute discretion of Shaw Insurance) until the Annuity Contract is terminated; and
3 An exit fee of 2% of the value of the property as at the date of the Annuity Contract indexed in line with any increases in the House Price Index (All Properties) of the Nationwide Building
