5On November 11, 2014, Tzu Chi 5 Tzu Chi Junior Academy in Austin, Texas,
volunteers visited a shelter in Washington celebrated the end of the fall semester on
DC’s Chinatown to provide support and December 12, 2014. Volunteers prepared an array
medical care for people displaced by a fire. of activities to celebrate the students’ progress
