                  n  April  24,  2013,  the  White  House   survivors  by  providing  cash  cards  to  those
                  honored Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation as   affected  by  the  fertilizer  plant  explosion  and
            Oa Hurricane Sandy Champion of Change      tornadoes in Texas and Oklahoma.
