UNEMPLOYMENT ADMINISTRATION


                 FRC has contracted  Equifax, a third party service  provider, to help manage the unemployment  administrative
                 process . The service assists us with:

                     1 .  Claims Processing
                     2 .  Hearings Representation

                     3 .  Auditing Taxes and Charges
                 Equifax removes the hassle of handling claims and meeting state requirements . They will work directly with each
                 restaurant General Manager (GM) to collect all of the data necessary to meet state deadlines, reduce our claim
                 exposure and improve the restaurant’s experience rating .
