PREVENTATIVE SAFETY MEASURES

FRC provides all restaurants with preventative safety tools they can use to survey the workplace to detect potential
hazards and correct them before an accident occurs . Managers must also observe employees to determine if they
are performing their jobs in accordance with safe job practices .

                 Monthly Facility Walk-Through

Keeping the restaurant and its equipment in good condition and working properly plays a big role in keeping our
employees safe . The Facilities department has a monthly checklist that you must use to self-audit your restaurant . A
different manager should complete the checklist each month, as a fresh set of eyes is the most beneficial . The short
term goal is to create a culture of proactive building maintenance . The long term goal is to help us anticipating
equipment purchases and repair needs and set schedules for our Preventive Maintenance Services . The “Monthly
Facilities Walk-Through” can be found on FOXCentral .

                 Separation Checklist

All managers and shift leaders whom separate from FRC are required to turn in restaurant keys and any other
company property upon their departure . To ensure that the restaurant and the company protects itself and its
employees, all access to the restaurant, safe, electronic devices and computer media should be deactivated
immediately . The Separation Checklist and policy can both be found on FOXCentral .

                 Ecosure
Fox Restaurant Concepts employs an outside service—Ecosure—to perform surprise quarterly evaluations at each
of our locations . There are two parts to EcoSure evaluations: 1) The Employee and Guest Safety Evaluation,
which focuses on potential hazards that can cause or contribute to employee and guest injuries; and 2) Food
Safety Evaluation, which focuses on the restaurants knowledge and demonstration of proper food safety rules and
processes . Both evaluations are available to review on FOXCentral .
