TRAINING OVERVIEW
Each manager will become an expert at all hourly functions of the restaurant. You will be scheduled to go
through Back of the House training and Front of the House training. The Manager in Training must be certified
in each area prior to advancing to the next. The certification consists of full working knowledge of each area as
well as a passing grade of 100% on all quizzes and certifications.
FOH MANAGER TRAINING
Back of the House Training
The back of the house training consists of:
Hands–on, prep training
Hands–on, line cook station training
Expediter and day in the life of a chef training
Front of the House Training
The front of the house training consists of:
All FOH hourly employee positions - bartender, server, front desk
Manager follows Open/Mid/Close

Hands–on, prep training
Hands–on, line cook station training

FINAL CERTIFICATION
A date will be set for you to complete your Final Certification with your Brand Chef and/or Regional.
