The Arrogant Butcher

Located across the street from Talking Stick Resort Arena, The Arrogant Butcher has
long been a staple of downtown Phoenix . As a popular meeting spot, don’t be
surprised if you brush shoulders with the city’s movers and shakers . From bar bites
to exquisite seafood, and craft beer to delicious cocktails, we’ve got something for
everyone . The interior provides the ideal space for large parties and private events .
We’re proud to provide a place where people can unwind after the workday or
kick off an exciting night downtown .

Blanco Tacos + Tequila

Step inside Blanco and enter a setting that’s positively bursting with color and
energy . Not to be outdone, the menu features nods to traditional Mexican dishes
and drinks with modern twists . Aesthetically pleasing plates of ultra-fresh street tacos
and deep dish enchiladas will provide you with the spice you didn’t know your life
was missing . So sit back, relax and have a good time . Blanco is where discerning
diners go when it’s 5 o’clock somewhere .

Culinary Dropout

Culinary Dropout serves classic meals done right . With crowd favorites like our
pretzel bites and provolone fondue, 36-hour pork ribs, and our famous fried chicken
drizzled with honey, you’ll want to taste everything . Thirsty? Wash it all down with
an ice-cold craft beer or a killer house-made cocktail . And don’t forget to stick
around for games and free live music in a laid-back atmosphere . It’s the perfect

Doughbird

At Doughbird we serve handmade pizzas (like local pastrami & gruyere, or roasted
chanterelle mushroom, black truffle & fontina), slow-roasted chicken, baked-to-order
breads, and savory backyard sides . It’s casual dining in a Northern California
setting, complete with wood bow truss ceilings, a full bar overlooking an open expo
kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to a semi-wraparound patio .
