How to raise a Service Ticket for
                     Equipment Repairs

Select a Customer in SaM, Tap on the Red Briefcase in SaM, Tap
on Tools, Tap on SAP CRM to open. This will launch in Safari and
show the details of the Customer that you have selected in SaM

1 Tap on the Symbol next to the           1
     piece of Equipment that you want

     to raise the ticket for

2 A blank Repair ticket opens          2

3 Tap and complete Category 2 &
    3

4 Tap and enter Notes                  4

5 After selecting the Categories,
     please check SLA for the Field
     Technician to arrive

6 Tap Save

7 When the ticket is Saved the
     button will fade

8  The ticket has now gone to
   EQS, with the reference

   number at the top
