How to Raise an Event Management Ticket
                          in CRM

Select a Customer in SaM, Tap on the Red Briefcase in SaM, Tap
on Tools, Tap on SAP CRM to open. This will launch in Safari and
show the details of the Customer that you have selected in SaM

1 To Start a Ticket - Tap on Customer Interactions Service Tickets

2 Enter Broadcast Description
3 Enter the 3 Categories
4 Enter Notes

Note: Tap on the drop down box next to the Category and
tap on the Category you wish to select
