Suppressions & Equipment Removal
Tap on the three horizontal lines in e-forms->tap on Suppression Request-> fill
out customer details.
Please ensure you have removed all equipment before submitting this form as it
will be rejected.
Check that the customer is not a common customer that stocks both CCA cold
drinks and Grinders products – this is generally indicated by either a hot
beverage order call or hot beverage non order call in CRM. If the customer is
common then send an email to the Grinders BDE requesting the Grinders Route
be removed. Alternatively, the Grinders BDE can send an email to AUS MDC
Systems Support to advise that the customer is no longer purchasing either cold
drinks or coffee. The suppression request will remain as pending until the
Grinders Route has been removed.
