1 Enter outlet # in CRM and under my equipment tab, select movement.

2 Under categorization – movement type 2
select removal and then select outlet

ceased trading under reason code

3 Scroll down and under current 3
equipment highlight equipment and
select removal. This should move the
equipment to the top of the page.
Please ensure that movement type
specify removal

4 Under delivery tab – select delivery
date best suited for the customer.

5 Scroll down to mandatory information
and select note pad.
