Key Notes
One thing you noticed that in problem # 2, I squared in
t-statistics formula while in problem #1, I did not squared in t-
statistics formula because, in formula we have to provide the
variances of both groups. In problem #1, variance is already
provided so there is no need to square while problem # 2 provides
the standard derivation of both groups so we need to square it to
convert it into variance.
