An independent-sample t-test was conducted to
compare the teacher sense of efficacy between male and female
teachers. There was a significant difference in the teacher sense
of efficacy between male (M = 6.12, SD = 1.55) and female (M =
7.75, SD = 1.03) teachers; t(14)= -2.46, p =.027. Results revealed
that female teachers have significantly higher sense of efficacy
than male teachers.
