Regular Play
 All play must check in with the caddie master before proceeding to the tee.

 Twosomes and threesomes must start at the 10 tee on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays from 8:00 to 9:00 am

alternating with matches leaving the 9 green. When arriving at the 1 tee, they must continue play by
alternating with matches starting there.

 Holes must be played in sequence, starting at either the 1 hole or at the 10 tee with permission.
 The golf course must never be used for practice. The area behind the clubhouse has been designated for this
purpose.

Pace of Play
 The club’s pace rating for all groups whether walking or riding to complete 18 holes is 4 hours and 15 minutes.
 It is the responsibility of each member in the foursome to monitor the pace of play for their group.
 If a group is over the pace rating AND has held up a group behind them, the following actions will be taken:
1. Group will receive a verbal warning from a member of the professional staff and will be given two holes to
get back into position.
2. If the group cannot regain adequate position after 2 holes, the professional staff will instruct the group to
pick up all golf balls and move back into position. All holes not played will be halved in matches and
equitable stroke control will be used for recording scores.
3. If #2 is used, a friendly email/letter will be sent from the golf committee to each member in the group
reminding them what is expected of them on the course regarding pace of play. In this letter will be the
results of future infractions stating that if the professional staff reaches #2 again in another round that each
member involved will lose “prime time” starting privileges for the following 2 weeks.”
PrimeTimes:
Wednesdays from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm.
Fridays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Weekends/Holidays prior to 10:00 am.

Any further infratctions will be handled under the discretion of the Board, resulting in up to a 30 day suspension
of golfing privileges.

Guest Starting Times
 Only one guest may play with three members prior to 10:00 am on Weekends and Holiday
 Maximum of three guests with one member.
 Members may not bring the same guest more than once in a given month.

Unescorted Groups
 Active members are allowed 1 unescorted group per month to be charged to the member’s account
 All unescorted groups must play on a weekday Tuesday-Thursday.
 Unescorted groups are required to take a forecaddie.
