Starting Times for Women/Associates
Tuesday- Women’s Day open play. If course is closed on a Tuesday, then Women’s Day is
Thursday.
Wednesday- 9 Holers 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
Weds, Thurs, Friday- No tee off between 11:00 – 2:00 pm unless Thursday is a Women’s Day. May tee off
between 1:30 and 2:00 pm with an active member only.
Saturday- No tee off before 11:00 am.
Sunday& Holidays- Women & Mixed tee off between 11:00 and 2:00 pm. Starting time sheets posted in
golf shop.
Pre and Post Season- Open play, except regular season schedule for Wednesday, Weekends, and Holidays
play may begin at 11:00 am.
Men & Women Student Member (16-25)
Tuesdays - After 2:00 pm
Thursdays/Fridays - Before 11:00 am and after 2:00 pm
Weds/Weekends/ Holidays - May not play unless with an active, junior, or associate member. No restriction after
3:00 pm
Student Members are limited to the following tournaments. (Must have a handicap of 10 or less)
Club Championship (Championship flight only)
Children of Members (up to age 16)
After 3:00 pm any day except Monday
Before 8:30 am on Thursday & Friday
May play with a parent any day after 2:30 pm
House Members
A house member may play once a month on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (except holidays) with guest (3)
privileges. He or she may play, in addition, another time each month as a guest of an Active or Junior Member (weekday
or weekend).
Out of season – house members may use their privileges on Friday as well excluding holidays.
Mixed Play Starting Times
Mixed play will be available starting at 11:00 am on weekends and holidays
Sign-ups for times can be found in the Golf Shop
Golf Carts/Caddies
Golf cart paths are provided to preserve course appearance and condition. Cart users must follow paths wherever
possible.
The suspension of cart use due to weather or course condition is completely controlled by the policy of the
Board.
Carts are not permitted at any time on tees, greens, or approaches. Stay 30 feet from edge of greens.
Persons under 17 years of age may not rent or operate carts.
Drivers must drive carefully – careless driving, fast skidding stops or dragging feet is dangerous. All infractions
are subject to Board action.
Drivers must obey all marked off areas and cart signs designating areas as restricted for cart use.
During the season, bags may be carried any day after 3:00pm. During the offseason, bags may be carried
anytime. Carrying your own bag will require a trail fee of $15 for 9 holes or $25 for 18 holes.
Carts must be returned to Pro Shop by 8:00 pm or one half hour before dark, whichever is earlier. Any violation
of the above rules will be cause of suspension of cart privileges or other appropriate action by the Board.
The use of pull carts is prohibited.
