        Tee it Forward
              Participants may choose to play from the forward tees (white) if their age + blue tee course handicap are greater
               than or equal to 85.

              If you qualify and choose to tee it forward, you will be deducted two strokes from your white tee handicap for
               the difference in course ratings in accordance with USGA Rule 3-5.

              Teeing it forward will also forfeit eligibility for any gross portion of the event including your contribution to a
               team gross event.

        Sign Ups
        Tournament sign ups can be found in the men’s locker room.  Players looking to participate in each event must either
        sign up in the locker room or contact the professional staff via phone ((201) 569-2571) or email.
        (proshop@knickerbocker.cc)  Participant lists for each event will be included in the Tuesday proshop emails the two
        weeks prior to each event for members to confirm they are signed up.



                                                  PLAY WITH THE PRO

        Throughout the season, any round of 3 members playing with a member of the professional staff will be eligible to count

        towards the yearlong play with the pro series.  On October 14 , the lowest scoring team for each pro will face off in the
        Play With The Pro Finals to determine the winner for the season.

        FORMAT:  1 best ball of 4 Net

                                                  PLAYER OF THE YEAR


        Each year, one KCC member will earn the title of “Player of the Year”.  The purpose of this award is to recognize the
        member who best combines an active and regular schedule of participation in KCC golf tournaments, along with a solid
        record of success in those same events.

        The scoring system has been designed to give equal opportunity to players of all abilities and handicap levels, and the
        events selected for scoring are those considered by the Golf Committee to be significant parts of our annual golf
        calendar.

        The scoring point system and current standings will be posted in the locker room and updated throughout the season.
