FORMAT: Four-ball match play within flights, six teams per flight. All flights based on combined handicap index with
strokes off the low player in each match. Each team will play five nine-hole matches. Winners of each flight will
advance to the shootout to determine the overall champion. Shootout will be one hole of sudden death alternate shot
format with teams playing from different yardages in lieu of handicaps.

ESSENTIAL INFO: Field will be limited to 60 teams. All past overall champions and last year’s flight winners will be
guaranteed a spot if signed up prior to lottery drawing. Regular sign-ups will receive one ticket in the lottery. Additional
tickets as follows: 1 if active member. 1 with participation in last year’s Otto Greiner. 1 for member of 10-19 years. 2
for member of 20-24 years. 3 for member of 25 years or more. Maximum of 5 additional tickets per sign up. All guest

will forfeit their spot to the waitlist.
