Forming Servant Leaders
Geared towards Christ, who is shepherd of the flock, servant leaders are
formed in the Vincentian way in preparation for their future missions.
Moulding the demanded skill, character, and virtues would mean a holistic
formation creating in them a strong determination and zeal to respond to
the demands of the apostolate and ministries of the church.

The Vincentian vocation is rooted in wholeheartedly serving the
poor who are referred to as our masters by Saint Vincent. They
are the heart and the inspiration of the Vincentian family where
we happily share our creativity, time, and effort thru charity. With
