The School governing body ensures that the parents they buy proper

and full school uniform for their children, the educators assist the

SGB in making sure that the learners wear school uniform daily to

school. The teachers stand at the entrance every day in the morning

checking whether the learners have worn full school uniform. The

learners uniform consist of royal blue jersey with double white

stripes on the neck and calf’s , long grey trouser for boys and royal

blue skirt for girls.

An ideal teacher connects to children as human beings. She knows

each child intimately and extends a relationship to children beyond

the task of teaching and learning even when classrooms are

overcrowd. Dr Harry Gwala is a school with very crowded classes,

however the learners has so much respect for each other as well as

the teacher. As teachers we have taught them that respect is key.
