An ideal teacher is a Role model and subscribes to pedagogy of care
because the emotional, physical and social wellbeing of children a
primary concern before successful teaching and learning is possible.
We became supportive to out learners in such an extent that we would
give them support, advices as well as one on one discussion when they
did not understand the content. Emotionally the school reaches out to
children as we have a few teachers who studied psychology and they
would help learners emotionally. When learners are emotionally
stable teaching and learning happens effectively.
