INGREDIENTS:
(for 4 persons)
8 red mullets
3 tomatoes,
garlic
onion
oil
salt,
pepper
leaves of basil
or parsley
PREPARATION:
In a saucepan, fry the garlic and onion in a
little olive oil, add the fresh tomato pulp,
mix a few minutes.
Then add mullets, salt, and pepper to taste.
Leave everything on the fire for 10 minutes.
In the end, add a little parsley or basil leaves.
