Direct Cremation Packages

Our Direct Cremation services are designed to offer simplicity with dignity. Because families have overwhelmingly
expressed how important the final viewing was to them prior to cremation, all of our Direct Cremation services now
include an opportunity for a brief closure viewing prior to cremation called the Peace-of-Mind Closure Viewing.

All Direct Cremation Packages include the “Standard Direct Cremation Services”, which are as follows:
 Prorated charge of our Basic Services of Funeral  Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home
Director & Staff & Overhead • Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, within
• Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to a 35 mile radius, one staff member. Additional charges may

Includes all of the services shown in the Simple Direct Cremation above, with additional services of:
 Embalming, dressing, hairstyling and other preparation  Gathering space for a one (1) hour private farewell
of decedent for a private viewing viewing limited to 30 people (not a public visitation)

Direct Alkaline Hydrolysis (Water Cremation) .................................................... $3,480
Alkaline Hydrolysis (otherwise known as Flameless Cremation, Green Cremation, Water Cremation or Aquamation) is
the process of reducing the body to cremated remains using water and chemicals rather than extreme heat and fire.
The Alkaline Hydrolysis process takes about five times as long as the standard cremation process but leaves a
significantly smaller carbon footprint than traditional cremation.
Our Direct Alkaline Hydrolysis service includes all of the services shown in the Simple Direct Cremation above, except:
 A $990 charge is added to cover the additional crematory costs (this service can be added to any of our cremation services)
Anatomical Gift Services

(Donation to Science or Medical School)
We have relationships with multiple schools of medicine that accept anatomical gifts, namely St. Louis University
School of Medicine, Washington University School of Medicine, and Logan University College of Chiropractic.
All Anatomical Gift Packages include the “Standard Anatomical Gift Services”, which are as follows:
 Prorated charge of our Basic Services of Funeral • Overhead costs including facility maintenance, equipment
