                                              GENERAL PRICE LIST

                   These prices are effective as of January 1, 2024 and are subject to change without notice.

        The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items
        you  desire.  However,  any  funeral  arrangements  you  select  will  include  a  charge  for  our  basic  services  and
        overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will
        explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

        BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF AND OVERHEAD ...................................................................... $2,990.00
        This fee for our basic  services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you
        select. (This fee is already included in our burial packages, traditional and memorial cremation packages, and in
        our  charges  for  direct  cremations,  immediate  burials,  anatomical  donations  and  forwarding  or  receiving
        remains.) Our professional service charge includes, but is not limited to:
          •  Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to initial request for services and shelter of remains
          •  Arrangement conference with responsible party for arranging full or partial funeral services and selection of
            merchandise as required
          •  Coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory, clergy and/or other parties involved in the final disposition
            of the deceased
          •  Obtaining vital statistics, filing required documents, permits, authorizations, and necessary consents
          •  Preparation of printed records, materials, various forms and announcements associated with services
          •  Overhead costs including facility maintenance, equipment and inventory costs, insurance and administration
            expenses, and governmental compliance

        Our  service  provides  professional  care  and  preparation  of  the  remains  by  a  licensed  embalmer.  The  process
        includes cleansing, sanitizing, embalming and preparing the remains to ensure public health, proper discharge of
        infectious materials and containments, and to artfully restore the appearance of the deceased.

        Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain
        funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing.  If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an
        arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
