Our services include funeral director and staff available at all times during the visitation at a location of choice for one
day/evening, up to six (6) hours; setup of visitation and lounge area, placement of casket, display of floral
arrangements, photographs, collages and mementos; providing necessary equipment, including but not limited to,
cross or crucifix, kneeler, flags, floral stands, comfortable seating, audio and visual systems, signage, easels, memory
tables and poster board frames.
USE OF FACILITIES AND STAFF FOR FUNERAL CEREMONY ................................................................................................. $ 790.00
Our services include funeral director and staff to coordinate, direct and conduct the ceremony at a location of choice
including coordination with clergy or officiant; assistance with musicians and musical requests; direction of guest
parking, funeral procession and supervision of interment service (if desired); providing necessary equipment,
including but not limited to, cross or crucifix, kneeler, flags, floral stands, seating, audio and visual systems, piano,
easels, memory tables and poster board frames.
USE OF FACILITIES AND STAFF FOR MEMORIAL SERVICE AND/OR GATHERING ................................................... $2,290.00
Our services include the use of our facility and funeral director and staff to coordinate, direct and conduct the
ceremony at our facility or off-site at a location of your choice, up to six (6) hours; complete coordination with all
aspects of the service including coordination with the clergy or officiant; assistance with musicians and musical
requests; set-up of gathering and lounge area, display of floral arrangements, photographs, collages and mementos;
providing necessary equipment including signage, flags, floral stands, comfortable seating, audio and visual systems,
signage, easels, memory tables and poster board frames.
USE OF EQUIPMENT AND STAFF FOR GRAVESIDE SERVICE ................................................................................................ $ 290.00
Our services include coordination, supervision, equipment and staff necessary to conduct the graveside service.

• Use of facility for a private, third party autopsy (private autopsy service is contracted separately)............... $ 290.00

• Rental of our facility when Shepard does not handle the burial, cremation, or other disposition ................. $2,290.00
Referred to as a Chapel Rental, this includes a prorated share of our Basic Services of Funeral Director
and Staff and Overhead fee and use of our facilities for up to six (6) hours for visitation and service
(service beginning at 3pm or earlier), equipment, and a website obituary.
TRANSPORTATION

All transportation is based on a maximum radius of 35 miles from our facility. Additional mileage is charged at $3.00 per loaded mile.
