                        Figure 2.6. Family approval is important when it comes to matters related to religion.

                        It is suggested that religions promote the development of family ties (Mahoney 2010)
                 in which almost half of the respondents think that religions help to improve their relationship

                 with their family while 30.5 percent of the respondents probably think it helps to maintain the
                 relationship with the exception of 23 percent of the respondents who disagreed, as shown in

                 Figure 2.7.
