All the questions were measured by a five-point Likert scale with 1 indicating ‘strongly
disagree’ and 5 for ‘strongly agree’. The results are shown and discussed in the following:
2.5.1 Not all understand and participate in religion rituals
Results show that not all respondents understand their religious rituals. As shown in Figure
2.10, 55 percent percent of the respondents are able to confirm that they understand their
religious rituals. However, the rest of the respondents are not able to confirm it while 32.5%
of the respondents did not give clear feedback. They indicated ‘neutral’ which means that
they could not confirm. Another 12.5 percent confirmed that they could not understand their
religious rituals.

The respondents gave similar feedback when asked whether they would practice their
religious rituals. As shown in Figure 2.11, only 49.5 percent of the respondents confirmed
that they would practice their religious rituals. Another 30 percent could not give a conclusive
confirmation while 20.5 percent indicated they would not practice the rituals.
