Assessing like a pro
During your assessor role, you will be required to assess:
1) processes (such as the delivery of an oral response);
2) process outcomes (such as the written Reflection entries);
3) tangibles (such as a Plan of Investigation that is presented in a written form); and 4) intangibles (such as student’s self-reported feelings of self-confidence, self-esteem
and self-efficacy).
Assessment
Assessment is defined as a systematic sample of behaviour taken to allow
inferences about an individual’s knowledge, skill, ability, or other attribute Source: ETS (2014)
