Beef








                                                         Stroganoff



















                   Alternatively - you can buy ready-made sauces from the supermarket




            Ingredients


            Serves: 4
            3.5lbs beef chunks (pre-browned if preferred)
            1.5 teaspoons of salt & pepper (each)      2 tablespoons oil

            1 tablespoon butter                                       1 large onion (chopped)
            4 gloves garlic (chopped)                              4 tablespoons dijon mustard

            7 tablespoons flour                                        1 litre beef stock
            300g sour cream                                              700g mushrooms










                                                     Method



                            Prep: 15min  ›  Cook: 8hr  ›  Ready in: 8hr 15min

               If wanting to pre-brown the beef, fry off in a hot pan first with the

                                            flour, onions and garlic.
                 Then add all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix slightly.


                               Cover and cook on Low for around 8 hours.

                                         Serve with rice and enjoy! .
