Contributions to the National Propane Gas Association’s political action committee (“PropanePAC”)
are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. PropanePAC can only
accept personal contributions. Contributions to PropanePAC are strictly voluntary, and any employee
has the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. Federal law prohibits the PAC from accepting con-
tributions from foreign nationals. Federal law requires PropanePAC to use its best efforts to collect and
report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions
exceed $200 in a calendar year.
