The second photo shows the first course, this course
can be anything, but not too much food. Notice the
decorative way the food is presented on the plate.
Presentation of the food on the plate can sometimes
be very important.
The third photo shows the main course which
traditionally will be turkey as the main meat.
However you will also have ham on the plate together
with a small sausage wrapped in bacon. You will also
see the different types of vegetables on the plate , as
you can appreciate it is a very full course.
The fourth photo shows the very well known
Christmas pudding covered in white brandy sauce ,
this is usually quite sweet and every year I always look
