              The role of health educator


                    Concerned about how people actually feel, not how we think they

                     should feel.

                    Interested in how people look at their own  problems, not only in

                     the problems we see ourselves.

                    Encouraged  the  people  to  understand  their  problems  and  choose

                     the most appropriate solutions for themselves.

                    Not  blame  people  if  they  do  not  behave  in  a  healthy  way.  Often

                     unhealthy behavior is not the fault of the individual but the others

                     (families, communities, and even regional and national authorities).

                    Develop the confidence and skills to help themselves
