ABSTRACT
The Graduation work was dedicated to the optimization of the technological
process of cleaning and atmospheric distillation, which includes the initial oil refining
process, the development of a mathematical model, and finding the optimum value.
Optimization has been done taking into account the fact that the crude oil allocated to
the flasks of the atmospheric distillation calcula given to the treatment plant and to
the atmospheric distillation calculae, which meets the requirements of the current
market.
First, detailed information about the technological processes learned and then
automatic management schemes were established.
During the mathematical modeling, 5 parameters of the input parameter were
taken in the mathematical model of the cleaning device and the salt content of the oil
was extracted as output parameter. In the mathematical model of the atmospheric
distillation calorimeter, four main input parameters have been taken and the output of
the diesel consumption, one of the distillates, has been taken. Mathematical models
have been drawn in linear form and the regression coefficients have been found using
the Excell software. Later on, MathCad software was used to solve the problem of
optimal management.
It is important for the technical parameters to be selected for this process
technical tools were selected. These techniques are in accordance with temperature,
spending, pressure and selected for the level. Additionally, the option to offer the
programmed logic controls that implements general management has been provided.
The technical specifications and parameters of all selected technical equipment are
marked.
