Mutual Respect:
Employees are expected to maintain good relations with colleagues, students and parents through mutual respect and consideration. Complaints on conduct by colleagues will be investigated by HR Department based upon an incident report handed in to the School Principal for approval. School Principal redirects it to the attention of the HR Department requesting thorough investigation. An appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the school’s regulations chart.
Private Tutoring:
Teachers are not allowed to give private lessons for any student. The school has the right to terminate a teacher if he/she is found guilty of tutoring any of the school’s students.
Confidentiality
Sharing confidential information such as salary/allowances, students’ personal information, and information about administrative issues or exam marks with parents, colleagues or any outsiders is strictly forbidden. Any breach of the School Confidentiality policy will result in termination of the accused staff member.
Gift Acceptance:
Employees are not permitted to accept any gift or favor from the parents/students under any circumstances.
Indecent Dressing
All Employees are expected to strictly follow the dress-code provided in the Teachers’ Guide.
Receiving visitors at school without permission of the administration is totally prohibited. Disciplinary Procedure:
A report of any disciplinary action and full incident report will be filed in the Head of Section office in the teacher’s personal file, a copy will be submitted to the School Principal’s office.
