Warning Sequence: Verbal Warnings
The offending employee will be given a verbal warning during a meeting with the HOS and will be asked to explain the reason behind the offence committed. The Head of Section will take necessary action.
First Written Warning:
In case the same offence is repeated a warning letter is issued to the concerned employee by the HOS. HR should be officially informed and warning letter should be filed in the employee’s file.
Second Written Warning:
The employee gets a second written warning with salary deduction by the HR Department in accordance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
Last Warning:
The employee will receive the last warning from the School Principal after which his/her contract could be terminated according to labor law. (Termination of contract at the discretion of the School Principal).
Disciplinary procedures will be invoked for the following offenses:
Reporting late to school/duty or leaving early without HR permission. Three late arrivals will be considered one day absent without pay. Using abusive language.
Failure to comply with school Rules and Regulations
Refusal to obey work instructions showing no respect for authority. Showing aggression.
Smoking on School premises
Using mobile phone in classroom.
Causing humiliation to colleagues or students.
