APPENDIX : EV have increased 101 times for 5 years in China
➢ According to 2018 China Automobile
Environment Management Annual Report,
China is the world's largest automobile market.
➢ The production and sales of their new energy
vehicles have increased 101 times in the last
five years.
➢ China unfairly provides subsidies only for the
EVs that are equipped with the batteries
approved by the Ministry of Industry and
Information Technology.
➢ China has placed various technical hurdles in
such ways as permitting subsidies for the EVs
that passed the requirement in terms of
electrical efficiency, drive range, safety test,
etc.
➢ Chinese central and local governments are
introducing subsidy system, tax reduction and
other incentives to promote and encourage
