eLearning Instructors Guide (Day 2 Training)

Instructors Notes:
 Use the eLearning module (log into Intradiem) to give advisors a high-level
overview of the functionality of Siebel 8.1.
 Use the talking points in the instructors guide as you review the eLearning
module with the advisors.
 The talking points will provide you with any additional information that should
be provided to the advisors outside of the presentation content.
 Read the content covered in the slide 1 , followed by the talking points

provided.
 If possible try to keep the time allotted for the eLearning training, keep in
mind we do encourage questions.

Directions: There are various training options listed below for the eLearning
course. Based on your training environment chose the best option that will ensure a
successful transition
 (1) As the instructor you can log into Intradiem and share your screen with the
advisors. Use virtual polling via cell phones to respond to assessment
questions.
 (2) Each advisor log into Intradiem using their user name and password
provided and follow along. Responding to assessment questions via polling or
in Intradiem
 (3) The eLearning module will also be used as enhancement training via
Intradiem. Complete all assessment questions via Intradiem following each
section.
