These videos are great resources for customers who are getting to know their new
vehicles
When how-to videos are available for a customer’s specific vehicle, be sure to enhance
the customer experience by informing the customer that the videos exist and where
they are located!
Checking for Understanding Activity
SAY: Instruct participants to explore the Manuals and Videos section of each divisional
website. Once they’ve had some time to investigate what is available for each division,
instruct them to locate the following two videos and view them as a class for additional
exposure to navigation systems:
