SAY: Instruct participants to verify they received the confirmation email and have access to
the GlobalConnect site.

Wrap Up:
Take a few minutes and walk around to each agent and confirm all agents have access.
Follow up advising agents they will receive additional training that will give them an
opportunity to walk through the site and explore.
