5. Prepiped and prewired CGA pilot gas train assembly including:

5.1 Pilot solenoid valve.
5.2 Pilot pressure regulator.
5.3 Pilot shutoff valve.
5.4 Spark ignition assembly.
5.5 Stable blast flame assembly.

6. System mounted prewired U.L. of C. labeled control panel including:

6.1 NEMA-12 enclosure.
6.2 Electronic temperature controller.
6.3 Three (3) flush mounted digital thermometers indicating inlet water,
outlet water and stack temperatures.
6.4 Indicator light display panel.
6.5 Audible alarm for water status (Bell).
6.6 Numbered terminal strip for each of hook-up.

7. Microprocessor based burner management control system (U.L. of C.
Listed) including:
7.1 Flame monitor.
7.2 U.V. flame scanner.
7.3 Diagnostic status display.
7.4 Burner control panel.
7.5 Audible alarm of burner status (Siren).

8. Full modulation control system including:
8.1 Temperature sensors.
8.2 Modulating drive motor.

9. One (1) sight glass to view combustion.

One (1) High Capacity Centrifugal Delivery Type Pump, capable of pumping nominally
200 GPM at 105 ft. water T.D.H. (45 PSIG) and including:

1. Cast iron case.
2. Bronze fitted with mechanical seal.
3. Built together type configuration.
4. Totally enclosed fan cooled electric motor, 7-1/2 Hp.
5. Pump shall be mounted on a painted skid and include the interconnecting
stainless steel pipe, flanges and fittings. Isolation valves shall be included
on the prepiped skid package.
