those regions of the country which possess immense re-
sources but under populated. It should be done under a
planned frame work developed by the planners and policy
makers of the country by starting some industry/organiza-
tions in those regions for generating jobs so that job oppor- ment as it will be a great help for preserving the precious

For example Bastar in Madhya Pradesh, India, Ladakh in
Kashmir, Barmer, Jaisalmer in Rajasthan, Sundarban in West
Bengal and many other areas of Himachal Pradesh, Uttar
Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala etc. of India distribution and
balancing process can be carried out.
By starting industry/organization in such region and send-
ing people to those regions government can balance the
population in every region according to the area and can
enjoy the fruit of economic development for at least few
more decades.
Assume that 20 lakhs people from Uttar Pradesh were given
jobs by starting some industry/ organization in Bastar dis-
trict of Madhya Pradesh and other areas which are rich in
resources but thinly populated. As a consequence Uttar
Pradesh will definitely experience improvement in its
economy and the state will experience the benefit of eco-
nomic growth and will have some relief.
These 20 lakhs people who could have remained jobless and
non contributor in Uttar Pradesh's economy will now get
job in Madhya Pradesh under planned initiative of the gov-
ernment.
They will now start contributing in the economic growth
and development of Madhya Pradesh. As a result they will
demand consumer items and industrial items etc. For ex-
ample Rice, Wheat, Pulses, Television, fridge etc. Causing
increase in demand of all kinds of goods and services, and
thus creating an impact on industry and other sector also.
For example if these people start demanding Voltas Fridge,
Godrej Almirahs, Videocon Television etc. then this will in-
crease the demand of Industries product like Voltas, Godrej,
Videocon and thus also increases the price of shares of these population is growing dooms day is certain. Their will be no
companies.

If these 20 lakhs people also start producing indigenously
those products which India imports massively from abroad
then in the Balance of Payment position front also, it will
be a boon for the countries economic growth and develop-
foreign exchange.
The concept makes it very clear that it is an universal truth
that a time will come in the history of all nations when their
will be no region and resources left where excess popula-
tion could be migrated or distributed for balancing and that
will be the dooms day.
As not an inch will be left in the world, hence no economic
planners, policy makers could extricate the world economy
from such a disaster. Time has come when all worlds' plan-
ners, policy makers must ponder seriously on this issue.
Talking of Economic growth and development without man-
aging population is just absurd. The planners of world's
economy can now only save this entire humanity for some
more decades by sagacious thinking only otherwise their is
no alternative available to them only if they want to save
the planet for few more decades.
The coming decade will be the decade of population man-
agement which is only possible through population distri-
bution and balancing.
Population distribution and balancing concept has immense
significance for any country of the world which wants to
derive the maximum benefit of economic growth and de-
velopment, for at least few coming decades. The basic ques-
tion is why the population is increasing. Their are some fac-
tors mainly responsible for it, which are:
 Failure of family planning programme.
 Decrease in death rate due to improvement in medi-
cal facilities.
 Poverty, unemployment one of the main factor.
 Superstitions.
