be there. It will cause great disturbance in the equilibrium
between Stock of Natural resources, Capital Equipment and
State of Technology and population.
As the resources are fixed world wide, but population is mul-
tiplying many times every second, only some relief can we have
world wide by adopting population distribution and balancing
ideology and infact that is also for few more decade or so.After
that economic disaster is predicted, as a matter of fact
no economic policy can control human fertility power as
resource are countable. It is a very high time.
All the planners and policy makers must do some serious
thinking giving concentration to each area for better to-
morrow. Indian cities like Delhi, Calcutta, Mumbai, Chennai
are dying because of over-population. Innumerable people
from different parts of India are pouring into these cities
with the hope of having better livelihood and living, and a
better tomorrow. Same is the case with many of world
countries.
Actually resources in these cities are limited hence poverty,
unemployed, death, destruction, pollution, suffocation, high
food prices and what not is happening.
Why this unplanned migrations are allowed by our planners,
and policy makers? If these migrations for better opportu-
nity would have occurred under the guidance of our plan-
ners in a planned manner, today things would have been
quite comfortable. When migration is bound to happen why
not according to a planned frame work, so that balanced
economic growth and development can take place.
Understanding the concept : An example
Lets understand the concept of population distribution and
balancing through an example of Delhi. Delhi is the capital
of India and as a matter of fact it is the residence of people
from all parts of India and abroad and every year 5 lakhs
people migrate to Delhi in a unplanned fashion according
to a report thus disturbing and creating immense pressure
on resources.
Delhi is now under a phenomenon called as 'Population Trap' As a matter of fact things on population front is very miser-

cities and Delhi is on the verge of population disaster.
It should allow migration under planned framework of the
planners and the policy makers and should immediately
follow 'Population Distribution and Balancing Concept' with-
out any delay to save it.
For example say Chandni Chowk is the over populated re-
gion of Delhi and as a matter of fact, it has crossed pre-
scribed standard of limit of population that should be in the
region specified and if then too planners invest over Chandni
Chowk for controlling population it will not create miracle
only some stabilization is possible for sometime.
On the other hand the region Karol Bagh is thinly populated
and have abundant resources and posses potential for de-
velopment and also for absorbing population from region
like Chandni Chowk then it should be the duty of the plan-
ners and the policy makers to establish some sort of job op-
portunities in the Karol Bagh region so that people from
Chandni Chowk can be send to work and stay in Karol Bagh.
By this way the non-contributing people of Chandni Chowk
will start contributing, when they will get job in Karol Bagh
,thus they will turn into contributor in the economic growth
and development of Delhi as well as the entire country.
Infact those people who have migrated from Chandni Chowk
to Karol Bagh will start demanding consumer as well as in-
dustrial items of various nature. Thus by this way their de-
mand will affect the entire demand of consumer and indus-
trial items which has a direct bearing with not only Delhi's
growth and development but with many factors of coun-
tries economic growth and development.
Besides this the planners must stop unplanned migration
into Delhi from other parts of India, to save the city being
over populated. Otherwise Delhi will face immense pres-
sure on it's resources in the near future, and immense suf-
fering of human beings will be seen , as resources in the
region is limited.
