On-Hold Bookings - Car
The following prompt will display advising the booking is still on-hold and has not yet been confirmed.
Select Complete this booking to continue.
The booking is then created and the Booking on Hold status displays at the top of the reservation. Please
ensure you have read the important information highlighted in green text. It highlights the booking is subject
to cancellation if not confirmed by the ticketing deadline and cancellation charges can apply. For example, if
the booking auto cancels inside the hotel cancellation policy, you would be liable for the fee.
Confirming an on-hold booking
Display the booking or if the booking is already displayed, scroll down to the end of the booking screen and
select Confirm Booking.
