Select Out of Policy Reason Code then scroll to the end of the screen and select Complete Booking.

Retrieving on-hold booking via My Trips

To display an on-hold booking via My trips, ensure the On-Hold is selected from the listed options before
selecting Search. Otherwise on-hold bookings will not display.

Select Confirm

Notes:

• On-hold booking feature is available for both International and Domestic bookings.
• If your itinerary includes a web fare such as Jetstar, you will not see the option to place that booking on-
hold. This is due to instant purchasing requirements.
