Amending a booking

Prior to ticketing

Domestic

Select My Trips to display Upcoming Trips, alternatively as a travel arranger, search for the traveller and then
select trip from the Travel Arranger Dashboard.
Note: When search for on-hold bookings via My Trips, ensure the On-Hold is selected before selecting
Search.

From the My Trips select Display/Change for the trip you wish to amend.

Once the booking displays, select Change Flight Booking for the flight you wish to amend.
