Amending a Booking
Post-ticketing
Booked and new option will display highlighting the additional fare for the change. There is also a note
advising the old flight will be cancelled once you proceed with this change.
To proceed with the post-ticket change select Send Booking Change to Travel Agency to submit for
payment.
Note: If the booker does not wish to proceed with the amendment they have the option to select Stop
Change of Booking.
