Amending a Booking

                                                                                          Post-ticketing

              The post-ticket change has now been completed and the request is queued off to be processed.


































              Important notes on post-ticket changes:

                 •  Post-ticket change (PTC) must have one airline in the itinerary, can’t have QF/VA combination.
                 •  cytric can only handle a PTC when there is only 1 ticket in the booking.
                 •  Only one change can be made to the itinerary once the booking has been ticketed.
                 •  PTCs are possible after the outbound travel has been flown.
                 •  Once paid seating is added to a booking, PTCs cannot be completed online. PTCs that involve paid
                    seating must be made offline via a QBT consultant.
                 •  PTCs cannot be made if the traveller has already checked in for the flight.
                 •  PTCs are possible on one way and return trips only.  They are not possible on multi-city bookings.
