Cancelling a Booking
Cancelling a booking
Via My Trips
From My Trips select Cancel Trip directly below the applicable Trip Number.
Select Cancel Trip from the list of options at the end of the booking screen.
Via Travel Arranger Dashboard
If you are a Travel Arranger you will also be able to retrieve the booking via the Travel Arranger Dashboard.
Select the trip and once the booking displays select Cancel Entire Booking
A prompt displays to ensure you wish to proceed with the cancellation. Select Cancel Trip and the booking
will be cancelled.
